Coal seam thickness averaging 2.5 meters, with local thickening up to 5 meters, high gas content of 10-15 cubic meters/tonne, indicating excellent CBM potential. Methane-rich gas (40-75%) with minimal impurities, reserve estimation of about 200 million tonnes of coal reserves with potential for further exploration, moderate to high permeability and facilitating gas flow, low water saturation (less than 50 percent), thereby reducing drilling and completion challenges.
